This house is on the water in the flood zone of the North shore and was severely damaged with high tide water from the last hurricane. We had a house moving company lift the house 6 feet off the existing foundation, and, as you can see in the photos, we ripped out all the old wood and the entire old foundation. Then, Helical piles were put in 27 feet deep to hold the house up under the new proposed foundation. We then built an entire new foundation under the existing house. The project was a very delicate and detailed job. The home is being lowered and prepared for its renovation and complete over haul now. We will keep you up to date on the project’s status…
